It was quiet despite being near a busy road. The extra big bed allowed for plenty of space in the heat. Self check-in was easy and communication with the host was excellent. Good access to Bluewater and Intu Lake shopping centers and the M25.

The location was perfect, just a short distance from The Orchard Theatre. The bungalow itself was clean and provided all the necessary amenities. We were especially grateful for the fan during the heatwave and the availability of YouTube and Netflix on the TV, which kept the kids entertained. Despite being close to a busy road, the area was surprisingly quiet, allowing us all to get a good night's sleep. The extra large bed was a bonus, giving us plenty of space to relax in the heat.

My wife says that families with young children should be aware of the steps leading down to the dining room and garden, as well as the mouse poison trap in the utility cupboard and cigarette butts in the garden. In my wife's opinion, it would be great if there was a complimentary toothbrush provided, as she forgot to bring one and had to purchase it locally.
